1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "Member") and dmjili (hereinafter referred to as "dmjili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the dmjili website located at https://dmjili.app and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by dmjili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

dmjili takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any person found to have registered an account while under the age of 21 will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at dmjili's sole discretion after deducting any applicable administrative costs.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by dmjili, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. dmjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the dmjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify dmjili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. dmjili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• Account Verification: dmjili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dmjili supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your dmjili account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• dmjili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which dmjili bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change at dmjili's discretion.
• dmjili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dmjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. dmjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus fraud — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

dmjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dmjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in your account.

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to dmjili immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or dmjili staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dmjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of dmjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from dmjili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any dmjili trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of dmjili's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

8. Privacy & Data

dmjili is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering an account on dmjili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

dmjili complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dmjili and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, services, or features thereof.

Without limiting the foregoing, dmjili shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, regulatory requirements, or any other cause.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, provided that such results were generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any financial losses resulting from your participation in games or sports betting on the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of your account for cause, dmjili reserves the right to forfeit any and all balances held in your account, including real money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting dmjili customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

dmjili also reserves the right to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
